"Our home suffered hail damage after the freeze back in February. We filed a claim and Allstate refused our claim. These guys have taken our hard earn money for over 25 years, never had we filed a claim... Then when we finally needed to, they denied us. Many warned us about this company and we doubted, until we needed them and they failed us. ** Stay Away from these guys for home insurance!!!!** They take your money and send bogus people interested more in talking to the roofers about starting their own business and leaving the company, then they are interested in evaluating damages to your property."

"I’ve had Allstate at this location for about 25 years. I haven’t really dealt with anyone there that I can save really tried to help me save money especially with all of this going on I’ve been having my Auto my Home and Flood and they depreciate everything Whenever you file a claim and with all this Covid going on my auto Insurance was canceled due to nonpayment and although I told them to cancel it they’re still trying to bill me so how does that make sense every time I call I’m on hold for a long time they said they’re going to call me back maybe they did I don’t know but my phone acts funny as far as receiving messages so I’ve pretty much given up on that but I continue to receive the bill for service that I have not Used so I think I will be going elsewhere for my homeowners insurance as well thank you so much ladies have a great life❤️"
