"Worst insurance company ever. They do not pay for anything, even if you are injured! They have a cap on how much they are willing to pay out even when going through lawyers. In addition the agent I spoke to (Kandie Betters-Watson) was so rude when speaking with her. She was giving me attitude for asking questions on clarification about the policy of the driver who hit me. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money on another insurance company as you will strongly regret them if you they are ever needed. When Allstate stand are you in good hand…. Absolutely not!"
