"I'm done with being ignored! I have done business with this agency for years and in the last year have had the worst experience. No one ever answers the phone, and when I tried email, I would get answers on info I didn't ask for, and no answers on info I did ask for. Properties were mixed up, which could have easily been clarified if the conversation would have taken place over the phone. But despite leaving phone messages that I wanted to be called, and despite expressing my frustration in email with little-to-no communication on the part of Eden or her staff, I was never given a phone call, nor an apology. To add insult to injury, responses would sometimes take days, if at all! I sent my last email to them on 11/8/21. I have never gotten a response to it, and it is now 4/8/22! After waiting a few days after that last email attempt with no response, I decided I had had it! I found a new agent, who not only responds quickly to my emails, she also takes calls, and there is always someone there to answer the phone. To add further insult, I would get these Allstate emails soliciting my review, asking "How are we doing?". REALLY?! Horrible if you ask me. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because of the respectable and timely customer service I received in the past. But that has evaporated, and I am fed up!! There are too many other options out there."
