"I'm somewhat displeased because the Agent that signed me up initially was very attentive until the policy was issued and I was on auto draft for the payment each month. I've called her several times and NOT ONCE did she rang me back, not 1 time after my policy was isdued. Things on my policy changed and I've had questions during this 2 year period and I've left v/messages, sent email for her to please call me to no avail. The Owner, Tom called twice...First time is when I signed on, he called to thank me for my business and told me if I needed anything just give them a call and the 2nd time was because I left him a message that I was trying to reach my Agent of record and couldn't and he said she is very busy (and I'm not??) but he would have her to call me. She never did. I'm shopping around now. Though the policy was cheaper than my previous one, I am big on Customer Service and I haven't really been serviced properly nor been treated like a valued customer. Anyway.....for what its worth."
