"Stuart has insured my businesses for the last four years. Recently with the winter storm in Houston we had some pipes bust and I didn’t know what to do. So I called my State Farm insurance representative at this location and he was so kind walked me through every step of the way and put me in contact with the right people to get my claim processed. Very thankful for this relationship and insurance for my business this company provides five star all the way. Edit 2022; Woah! Stuart is THE BEST insurance agent I have ever had! "I have been with this insurance company for the last 4 months and yes I must admit I do have a great rate from them.... but I would pay $100 more a month just to get better customer service than deal with this company. Their customer service is by far the worst service I have ever had in my life. They do not return calls, they constantly change your bill. And if they change your bill you are responsible for the previous amount that was not collected last bill. I will be taking my business elsewhere as the owner of the company Stuart said “I am not a good fit for this company”. It’s a shame you put your horrible customer service policies on the customers rather than yourself and your employees. If I could give 0 stars I would. Please do not use this company if you want to have stress free life & not spend half your day trying to contact this company just to get your bill fixed."
