"My father bought a new pair of boots and left his used ones to be repaired. He paid cash for the transaction (almost 500). He tried to pickup his old boots and for some mysterious reason there’s no record of either transaction. No record of the sale and no record of the repairs to be done to the old boots. But he somehow has the new boots. We will take this all the way up to corporate because this is just wrong, we just want his boots repaired or his money back."

I didn't feel the size was right so he brought out other sizes and widths for me to try. Outstanding experience and got things I needed to up keep with my new boots. He didn't even try to up sell me in a creepy way we just had a discussion and I said yes I'll take that too. Got a great fit and can't say enough about this location. Outstanding Jonny needs a raise."
