"Good service, pleasant atmosphere and the guard was VERY helpful. They measured my daughter's foot and recommend a half size larger since the shoe she wanted ran a bit narrow. That's GREAT product knowledge that I really appreciated because it saved me a visit trying to exchanging the shoe a week later once my daughter realized they hurt, if they'd even exchange the worn shoes. I've been in that situation before and was totally out of the cost of the shoes. Children are excited to get new shoes and don't always realize that the fit isn't right until they wear them a couple of days. So thanks again for thorough product knowledge and excellent customer service."
