"STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENT!! PERIOD. Never ever had such a bad experience with an insurance company and an agent. Seemed like worst agent ever that I had to deal with it. First of all, this agent will hide facts to just get your business and then getting anything done with them will takes MONTHS. My name was spelt incorrectly which took months to get corrected with numerous calls to the agent. Once you have bought the policy from this agent, none of your voice mails/texts/emails will be responded back. Finally, when I decided to cancel my policies with the STATE FARM for such a bad customer service, they made it impossible to get a simple thing of cancelling a policy a nightmarish experience. State Farm’s customer service will ask me to contact the agent for initiating the cancellation and Mike Bennett will not attend your calls and never return a call despite of having left numerous voice mails. My request of cancelling my policies as of 07/16/2021 has NOT been completed till date. Roughly ONE AND HALF months later, here I am trying to call agent and customer care to get my policies cancelled and get the refund I am entitled to. I have lost all hopes of getting any refunds back from STATE FARM because no one is ready to tell me if I will get the refund and if yes how much would that be. 45 Days to cancel a policy in this digital world where these things are done with a click of button."

"Beware. They will tell you one thing to make you happy but then except a completely different thing. I called to cancel my insurance since I no longer have the vehicle. They said Mike wasn’t in and to call the 1-800 number. Did that and they said it was canceled. Now 3 days later, I get charged!! And now they are saying it’s policy to come in and sign paperwork to cancel. Won’t get a full refund because of THEIR mess!"
