Tried switching agents but then was talked into staying with him. Highly do NOT recommend! Go somewhere that values you as a client! Because this agent and business is not it! Expensive policies and not much coverage"

"I don't know where to begin! John Burroughs has been the worst agent I have ever worked with! He does not answer emails or the phone. I called asking about my policy on a Thursday. It is now Wednesday and I am still waiting on my phone call. I called to check in and both times he has left the office. I am a little confused as to why someone would say they will call me back, yet have yet to call. I wouldn't recommend this company or Mr. Burroughs to anyone. Find an insurance company and agent who actually wants to help you."
