"This entire agency from the head agent to the basic receptionist are crooks. My vehicle was stolen and deemed a total loss by State Farm, not only did they mishandle my claim this office continued to charge me monthly for a vehicle that was a total loss and that I no longer had. When contacted about it, the receptionist in this office refused to issue a refund for the premiums and I had to dispute with my bank to get my money back. Complete CROOKS, choose another agency. I have since switched all of my policies to another carrier due to this janky insurance company."
