I contacted Rosie recently about attempting to find a copy of an old insurance document from about 17 years ago, but I had very little information to go on. I cannot say enough good things about Rosie. Firstly, she remembered me after all these years. Secondly, determined to help me, she went way above and beyond with her search to locate the document and after several different enquires she was successful. Very kind of her to go to all this trouble, at a time when she is extremely busy and knowing that I live in another state these days. Added to this she kept in contact via email giving me updates.
