"I've had Allstate Insurance through Tom Hardin for 26 years now. In that time, I've only filed one claim for a water heater that flooded our home. It's been over 3 months now, and I'm still struggling to get paid for the damages. Our auto insurance also came up for renewal in that time, and I noticed that there were only two cars listed (we have three). When we bought a new car and traded one in, they added the new car, and deleted 2 instead of the 1 had traded in. Our insurance for all 3 was now $525 a month. I emailed that this was far too high, and Tom never even bothered to write back. I've since switched to Amica with better coverage, and am now paying $182 a month! I emailed to cancel Allstate, and Tom again didn't bother to write back. I had to log in to my account to see that it was canceled. If you're insured here, I would definitely take the time to shop around."

"This is Allstate insurance where I have auto coverage. The initial rep Becky was so nice cordial and accommodating as she assisted me in canceling my auto insurance policy with my former agent and signing up with her/Allstate. Over these past few years I’ve had a few questions and called the office but once auto draft was set up and the new policy took effect, not one of my calls were returned, from way back then…..up until now. Not a one. However they have Lacey and she is EXCELLENT!!!! She returns all my calls with answers to my questions. She has PERFECT customer care skills. Before, there were times in the past that my policy coverage changed and I was without explanation. I would leave a message and Becky not once has she ever called me back. That’s unacceptable. But Lacy is on the ball. You call and Lacy will listen to your concerns, answer your questions and take care of your policy needs and concerns. I was about to change companies this year and I spoke with Lacy and I won’t be changing to another company but it’s Just because of Lacey’s customer service skills.
