"Murray Insurance failed in their fiduciary responsibility to me by not returning any of my phone calls and not shopping for a better policy premium at a lower cost for me per my voicemail request. They also failed me by placing me in a policy that stated that my entire townhouse had a flat roof which it does not. Since the quarantine I have had both the tile roof and the flat roof replaced. Because of this insurance agency negligence, I am considering filing a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance."
