"It’s a casual, down to earth steakhouse with great service. Good for steak service w/o the pomp & circumstance of white table cloth. While the porterhouse is usually recommended — I would opt for the ribeye. Been coming since I grew up about 10 years ago and always made a point to come here. Hasn’t changed in all these years — in a good way. Very flavorful steak seasoning and a good sear. Opt for the lemon-pepper salad dressing."

"I tried to call the night before because we’re supposed to have 14 family members. Turns out they don’t do reservations they do first come first serve with a maximum of 15. People turns out a few members couldn’t make it and we only had nine they originally told us it was gonna be up to an hour and a half wait but it turned out. We only had to wait about 35 minutes. The food was fantastic. We had two vegetarians in the group, and they were able to find delicious options with the veggie pizza, pastas and salads, their best known for their steaks. That’s what I got, and my cousin got a ribeye, and they were both cooked to perfection and decent proportions for everybody’s dishes. Most of people left with leftovers. The price might be a little bit higher than most other restaurants but the food is worth it and with leftovers it actually turns into two meals, making it not that bad. We ordered three appetizers to share. I think we had mozzarella sticks, jalapeño poppers and toasted ravioli. My daughter had the fried chicken salad and my mom had a grilled chicken dish. So there is definitely some healthy options."

"Celebrated my 40th birthday here on 11/16 with my lady on recommendations from others. That bone in ribeye steak was very good. Baked potato was loaded and cheesy. I’d say it’s worth a try. Will try the Soulard location next time."

"Great little location and the outdoor patio is very inviting. We had the baked potato, house salad and the burger with cheddar cheese with no bun. Both the baked potato and the salad were fantastic! Potato was grilled with a crispy outer shell. Topped with bacon, chives, cheese, butter and sour cream. Probably the best baked potato I have ever had. The salad was great, full of toppings that included eggs, red onion and cheese. My only objection on the salad would be the dressing was not house made. The waiter stated that it was Hidden Valley. That was a disappointment. The burger was ordered medium well and it was way overcooked. The cheddar on top reminded me of cheeze wiz. No flavor at all to the burger itself. I do not recommend the burger at all. The waiter did not come back to fill up our waters and they didn’t seem that busy. Over all was pretty good with the exception of a few things. There was no wait to get in and parking was close."
