"Can only find this little gem if you're an explorer and like to walk around the areas you live. A small & detailed amenity to this already beautiful side of town. The lap around memorial city mall is highly underrated, you are surrounded by tall buildings and blue neon lights. When it rains at night, the reflections of the water illuminates w/the blue lights, making the place glow!"
