Joseph McGee: Allstate Insurance

"Joseph McGee and the agents at this office should be ashamed of themselves. My husband and I have been loyal All State customers for years. My husband was a business acquaintance with All State Agent Jeff Hermes. After Jeff’s passing, our account was moved to Joseph McGee. My husband passed away last year and this office has been taking advantage of me ever since, continuing to inflate rates and not offer discounts that I qualify for. They just don’t act ethically at this office and are not honest and refuse to answer questions or explain why they continue to hike up my premiums. They just don’t care about their customers, only money and it even goes beyond that they have taken advantage of me. My recent renewal premium for myself and teenage son increased by $300 per month, totaling almost $1,000 per month I was paying for myself, son and 2 vehicles. I finally had enough trying to work with them and have switched to State Farm and my monthly premium was cut in half! I called Joseph McGees office to cancel my auto policy since I got new coverage that was half the price and they tried to tell me that State Farm must have not seen a minor accident claim from over the summer. Which the State Farm agent did see was able to pull up all that information. What Joseph McGee and his employees are doing is wrong."
