Geico headquarters said the agent could authorize me to get a rental again, but they are refusing to. Terrible customer service"

He advised me that he is sales rep and can’t help me with my policies to call customer service. I advised him I have spoken with customer service they advised me to contact my local office to assist me . Before I can explain to him my reasons, he told me again I can’t help you . I told him with Allstate agent would have help me. Very unprofessional tone we are not Allstate. Like Really!! I didn’t know that. Now , I can’t get my vehicle added to my policies because the vehicle vin number is not coming up on the system."
