"Was down from Pensacola Florida visiting my grand babies. I needed a bike to ride with them so I made a call to bicycle world to see if they could meet my specifications. They had exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. They were very courteous and helpful and set my bike right up. Got my GIANT talon e 3 to my grand children’s house and off we went riding. This bike was amazing. Actually it exceeded my expectations. Very powerful and quiet. It had a feel of quality. I just wanted to say, thank you to Bicycle world for helping this Christmas be very special."

"I bought a 20” bike on-line for my grandson. Because I am disabled (no range of motion in my left arm due to radiation), I took this bicycle into heir shop and asked for a quote for what it would cost to finish out the assembly.. i was quoted $55 ( but I’m sure the tax was not included) and said , “Yes, go ahead.” Today I picked up the bike and was charged a total if $70, tax included. But still a little off the mark they quoted me. The employees were friendly, the shop is clean but I am guessing since ww did’nt shake hands on it, is probably why they ran up the price on connecting the cables for the front and rear calipers and making sure I assembled the handle bars and seat correctly.. Pros: Friendly staff, clean shop Cons: Didn’t stick to their quote"

"Had a really unfortunate experience here recently. I bought my bike here and by all accounts everything was okay. Unfortunately I ran into a couple of flats early on, nothing crazy for driving on the Brownsville trails. I reached out to the guys at bicycle world to see if they would come swing by to fix my bike (it doesn't fit in my car) to which they gladly did, I paid 25 dollars, which was fair. Happened a different time and I called and they agreed to come by again, but would call me later on. Called a few days later to get an update and someone went ballistic on me saying they were too busy for my business and trying to make me feel stupid for asking for something like this (which they did before). Really sad to have had that encounter, won't be going there nor recommending it again."
