"I have been absolutely dumbfounded at how unprofessional and RUDE the person by the name of LATH MIDDLETON has been. I do not use this insurance company, HOWEVER, their client Rhett totaled my car while I was shopping in a store. This has been a very stressful situation on its own, and when you are dealing with a RUDE, ‘Don’t give a $h@&’ about the victims feelings or worries or concerns. He NEVER gets back with you, even after you keep messaging, emailing to PLEASE give an update. I have been continuously left in the dark in this serious situation and when he actually does email or call, it’s very rude, doesn’t even address any of the victim has. Someone who has a heart and legitimately cares for the victims if their client needs to REPLACE THIS JERK!!! My car is Totaled. I am not even getting a fair and decent final claim on my 2020 Camry that had only 40k miles. I couldn’t NOT AFFORD ANOTHER CAR RIGHT NOW AND LATH MIDDLETON doesn’t give a rats @$$! Why do you hire soulless jerks like him. All we want is to be kept in the look. You ignore and ignore and you have NO business interacting with people that are distraught and going through a situation that is life altering for that moment in their lives. ALL IT TAKES IS ACTUAL DECENT HUMAN INTERACTION. And the terrible thing about Lath Middleton, is when HE does reach out, he’s SO RUDE!! I need to be back in a car! I HAVE no rental extension from them. I do not know if he is paying off my lender! I do NOT have cash in hand TO PURCHASE A CAR THAT WAS NOT IN MY BUDGE due to health concerns. I am left in the dark. And I’ve been asking and asking. YOU are in the wrong job Lath MIDDLETON, and shame on Farm Bureau for hiring you. I’m a very familiar with this insurance company because my father-in-law opened his own Farm Bureau down south. I saw how he and other agents treated people. It’s NOTHING LIKE THIS. Gets some compassion, get a heart, or just leave so you can save the heartache of future victims."
