"My family have been doing business with this company for decades. However when I bought my lake home, Mr. Graham refused to write a policy for it even though he was my agent for my cars. He said several times "At the end of the day, I own this business and I can write a policy for who I want to and exclude who I want to. Thankfully I talked to Flo. She had no problem insuring my home and cars plus I saved some money. So, at the end of the day, Mr. Graham's obtuse attitude has cost him at least one customer."
