"I think that the cost of auto repair/maintenance is much too high! That being said, the people at the shop are courteous enough, and my car gets repaired. This time, I drove away and immediately had trouble with braking; the skidding light lit up on my dash twice, and 3 warning lights lit up within a few blocks of the shop. It was a clear and sunny day too! I drove back to the shop and told them. My car was immediately examined and found that the installed part was faulty. I left the car overnight again, and it was repaired the next day. I was thanked for my patience and was told that an ABS sensor with a frayed wire was replaced at no charge. Overall, my experience with Plaza Tire has been good enough for me to go back to them."

"Although this was my first time at this location and I just got done with my oil change an hour ago, I'm pretty happy so far. Wait time was half of what I was told. Everything was clean, all employees were professional and kind. The guy that did the job told me he'd spilled a bit of oil and he'd cleaned it up the best he could just just in case I noticed anything off. Definitely will be a return customer."
