Reviews
"I don't live here but I do work for one of their residents. If they treat the people who live here as well as they do vendors and visitors it must be pretty terrific. Super nice and professional staff."
"It's got to be the cleanest property I've ever been too and one of the most beautiful buildings in Dallas"
"Our catering company waited on a gathering watching Momma Mia. They are wonderful people. The guys at the front desk were Awesome!"
"I do work for one of their residents and if how they treat a vendor like me is how they treat residents, they obviously know customer service. Everyone there is so friendly and nice."
"If I could rate Museum Tower a minus 5 stars, I would. We just moved into the DFW area as I took a job in corporate operations in downtown. Over the Labor Day weekend I took my daughter to see the Discovery District where mom is now working and the I reason uprooted my family here. As I’m leaving the downtown area I notice I have a flat tire - down to the rim. I pull into Museum Tower scared (because for one it’s past 10pm in Downtown Dallas, and secondly because my husband is back home in Frisco and will take 30 minutes to come help). As I’m waiting for my husband to arrive, concierge, not once, but twice is trying to get me to move my car out of their “private property” as if I’m voluntarily hanging around. I was not blocking or disturbing anyone, just waiting for my husband. Long story short, they had zero empathy for a scared mom and daughter - I guess we were an eye sore on the property? I’m still confused. I told Judah I’d be more than happy to speak with management and he said he was unable to give me that information. I would most definitely not run my business this way. What an awful place."
