"Deplorable company!!! They should not get even a star but unfortunately I have to give them one so I can Write a review! They’re incompetent, they’re job is sloppy. And if you want to make adjustments they never answer the phone call. They build these homes so quickly so in the long run you’ll end up having major problems and damages ( in the attic/frame/ foundation) They do it so quickly just to collect that $ they don’t care about how the job is done ! If you want to have problems in the long run get them if you want to have a great home and no problems find another firm ! They’re simply a disgusting company!"

"Other than living in a home near the developer owned property, I do not have direct business with them. However, in the two years that I have lived in my home two lots owned by this company have never been maintained...weeds over 12 inches were common during the warmer months and now even after a home has been completed the yard maintenance is severely lacking. I have reached out to the company and left voice messages and text messages and have not recieved a response. We live in a nice neighborhood and spend a fair amount of time and money maintaining our yard and this company has no regard for its neighbors."

"Nice homes. But, They are very slow in completing warranty work. You have to continue to call them. Not cool when you just spent over 180,000 for a house."
