"This dentist office is not only disrespectful to your time but also to your quality of living with purpose. I am a officer and I work very long hours. The dense office is already at the last minute. Cancel my appointment on the same day in january . Today was the worst date because even with me telling the individuals who were over My care about what I experienced in my life and my Quality health. They only talked about themselves. They only talked about what they wanted to do with my care. Even after everything they acted like they were doing me a favor by doing what I scheduled an appointment for. Anyone in-law enforcement or anyone who has any healthcare background? This is not the Dentist's office for you... They're so busy trying to get money out of you. Your health doesn't matter or even your quality of life. If I tell you I'll already live a life of pain and you as a dentist office. Tell me you're going to put me in more pain even though I am just asking for a regular teeth cleaning so I can maintain. I had to reach out to my dentist from last year. He told me to get up and leave. They didn't even read what I put on paper about my health .. STAY AWAY"

"Setup an appointment in December 2023 for February 2024. Was put on a list for an earlier appointment. An appointment opened up in January. Traveled to my appointment and was told they "don't take my insurance" even though they're listed on the insurance website. Setup appointment via caling them directly. Receptionist could clearly care less. Seems they have a lot of 1 star reviews, should've checked first. *Que the copy and paste response from them below*"

"I’m back again. 7 months later and my appointment was cancelled again. Luckily I didn’t waste my gas and time leaving work early to be told it was cancelled like last time. They gave me a 4 day notice which was appreciated. What I don’t appreciate is being inconvenienced once again for an appointment that is very important. I had braces and had them removed 10 months ago. I haven’t had my teeth cleaned since because this place cancelled not once, but twice. Also, my appointment is rescheduled for a month away. Last time they didn’t have a doctor. This time they have one, but they’re over booked. Sounds like they need to close because in the 7 months since I made the last review nothing has changed. Oh and all I get is a bunch of apologies which doesn’t help my teeth at all. I’m currently looking for a new dentist because I’m sure the next appointment will be cancelled . I’ll be sure to report when it is. Last but not least they wanted zero stars. They only got 1 because it won’t allow zeros."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. The office manager Alexis, is the worse office manager. I have ever experienced. She canceled my appointment without notification. She never made sure, that I was rescheduled. I have been trying to get services, since March 23. I had to go to my family reunion, with missing teeth and was unable to smile in any picture. I would like to let the dentist and owner know of her lack of follow up and concern, for a black women in need."

"I've been a patient since 2017. Absolutely the worst dental place I've been too. I showed up for my appointment today at 8:30 am and they were closed, although google said they opened at 8 am. I waited until 9 am and nothing. They scheduled me 6 months ago for this checkup, so they weren't closed because of 9/11. They never let me know that my appointment was canceled. Looking at the reviews while I was in the parking lot and seeing people saying that their appointments were canceled too. It was baffling to see that I had wasted my day, and I am a college student. I could have done so much more. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE don't come here, the business has been going downhill and it's getting worse EVERY YEAR. I'm putting this review out for potential customers or current so that you can be aware. If they reply to this comment, it's just them trying to save what they have left, extraordinarily little of what they have left."
