"During this hard time, getting through this pandemic isnt easy! I thought my warranty company would understand that so many hard working American's are unemployed. I am one of those people i called in they said they couldn't freeze the payment and that there was nothing they could do about it. So for now im unemployed im im continuously getting my car charged, when its clear most people arent working to no fault of there own. I will not work with Egis warranty services in the future its clear they dont give a damn about the consumers!"

"Horrible response time. Only in their time zone. Say one thing one day, next day say "company policy deems..." Mention canceling the policy be prepared to have it shoved in your ear; eyes about how they're great and its so great. Not even worth the one-star. I couldn't review unless I gave one."

"These guys are great!! I had an issue in the past with my last company. It's not like they were bad, but it took FOREVER to get my issue resolved. I talked to a rep. at EGIS and they explained to me how to get a refund from the other company, so I did. Not more than a few months later my fuel pump went out and I was shocked when EGIS had me in and out of the shop in 2 days. Awesome, I would definitely use them again."
