"Ordered a Gorgonzola Burger from their Grubhub page, menu says all the burgers come with lettuce, tomato, onion, and a side of fries. I asked to have no onions in it and when it came, the lettuce, tomato, and fries were also missing. I called to ask them why and they said the fries were an 'extra charge' despite the menu saying they came with the order."
