"I went in the office one week ago today "January 8 2015"and attempted to get a quote for auto,homeowners and windstorm insurance,the woman at the front desk told me that the person that I had to speak to was out and would be in the office at 8am Monday morning January 8 2016.i left my number and was assured of a phone call,I waited till around noon and no call.so I called the office and again the guy I needed to talk to was not there and was assured he would call me. Bottom line is nobody ever called me back.so I went down the road and got good service and good rates. Screw pronto insurance!!!"
