I met Nick towards the end of the building process and he took care of any touch ups or last minute fixes that were needed fast and efficient. Overall great experience working with Bluehaven Homes!"

"There was white fuzz coming out from underneath our baseboards in 4 rooms and 2 closets.We had stained concrete. We were told to use water and vinegar to make it go away. Within 4 seconds after doing that, it was back. Then we were told it would take 2 years for it to go away. After 3 years, it was still there. We never got any resolution for the problem. At our own cost, $10,000, we had planking put in. It kept the white stuff from getting in. I could go on and on about the poor construction throughout the entire house. Do not buy or have built a Bluehaven home!"

"These homes are very poorly built and they don’t fix the problems even though they have a warranty. I would not have bought one if I had known of the poor quality ahead of time. I am again sending in a request for the poor plumbing"

"So many problems so first I see other reviews about the floors terrible job already had this issue already got contacted basically they said nothing could be done the stain was on ok w.e moving on we all know amarillo tx can get windy the home we got is not even 2 years old !!! And our roof is flying apart all the shingles are slowing flying apart I know wind can be a problem but there so many homes out there old homes other homes and I don’t see any of there roofs flying apart not to mention again this house is brand new. Very unsatisfied with blue haven"

"Went into contract back in December 2018 here we are in May 2019 lot sat empty for 3 weeks, the house went up fast but after the house was up it then stood for 4 weeks with the inside finished, no sod, no fence, no sprinklers, they blamed the rain when all that could have been completed well before. They are now wanting to close later, when my lender had been attempting and failing to get a hold of Ranye to get updates on the house, needless to say I am very disappointed with Blue Haven, We should have went with their competitors we would have been living in our new home 2 months sooner. Ranye basically told me that the contract that you sign means nothing they are going to build on their schedule, they do not build by closing date, I suggest just buying an already built home rather than dealing with their slow moving building process or going elsewhere. EDIT: If you do decide to buy from Blue Haven, use a realtor, they know how to deal with these situations. Also I'm not saying the homes are bad because I have no experience with that, once I move in I will update. EDIT 2: Closed on time, that was great, but we are having some drainage issues, the grading on the lot is if'ie at best. The "lawn guys" bluehaven has contracted is questionable. Either buy a move-in ready home or like I said go somewhere else. The house is nice. Maybe if it's in you're budget pay a bit more for a different company. Warranty is a bit of a joke. They shouldn't even offer one and not have to deal with the customer."
