Had to track down my past helper of Brad on the forth floor to receive any help. Brad is the only reason I will return. Brad needs a big bonus and to give other associates a lesson in customer service. Do better in purple label room!!!"

The store, as others have mentioned, is absolutely beautiful and probably the nicest you'll find in this unfortunately declining brick and mortar industry. The staff here is super nice, and they have a great variety here that you won't find in the designated Ralph Lauren sections at your local department store. I hope this flagship location continues to thrive, because there is nothing better than purchasing something you want in person in a beautiful store instead of opening a package on your doorstep!"
