"The people who pick up the phone are always super dry and not very helpful. They've cut me off with a transfer mid convo, no matter how respectful and kind I am. Once transferred, wait time is extremely long and I end up having to be transferred to another department because the first person sends me to the wrong one. Alot of back and forth with customer service every time."
"This in not a trusty worthy Association. I purchased a registered quarter horse and tried to get the registration transfer to my name. They say that they will do the work of tracking down the previous owners in order to complete the transfer. After a multitude of requests they did hold up their end of the agreement. I paid the fee, completed most of the forms for them, had to send in the original certificate before they would even start the process. Now they say the transfer has been suspended as they have had no response form the previous and I need to pay more money if I want them to reopen the transfer. So I am out the money and no longer have the certificate. What kind of association is this?"
"Please do something to improve the processes. Simply trying to transfer registrations should not take upwards of 3+ months. I have had this reoccurring experience 3 times in a row now and I’m disappointed to say the least. It’s not until you get the phone and email of a supervisor that my answers began to be responded to because I hold said people accountable. I would love to hear from a quality assurance manager as this is sad. I have 0 confidence in your companies ability to safely handle my documents. I have a list of associates that need to be addressed as well. In no way is it acceptable to receive attitude and lack of care from a supervisor in your establishment for a mistake you all made many times over. Please reach out to me so we can rectify this situation."
"If I could do zero stars, I would. I’ve honestly never been more disappointed or dissatisfied in a business before. The customer service is TERRIBLE!!!!! I’ve been “dealing” with the AQHA for over SIX MONTHS, with no questions answered, or even a call back (MANY messages have been left). I’ve completely given up trying to transfer my broodmares registration and because of the lack of communication, I now have a foal that can’t be papered as well. I honestly hope I never have to deal with AQHA again and when buying more horses or broodmares, I honestly could care less if they’re papered through AQHA. I also let everyone who knows or deals with me how I truly feel about AQHA and to be honest, most of them agree with me. AQHA has REALLY gone downhill. What used to be an upstanding business is now nothing short of a joke. If I didn’t have papered horses, I would cancel my membership and completely wash my hands of them. Do better AQHA."
