"Went on a Wednesday at about 1pm. There wasn't too much traffic for the actual vehicle emissions test when I pulled in. The office, however, was pretty full. You'd have to wait outside if there's more than 6 people waiting for assistance. If it's a cold day, dress warm."

"No matter where you go the line is going to be long. I felt this place would be better than going to Skokie which I feel is the main hub and most busy. By the time I got in line and done I waited give or take about 10-15 minutes. Not horrible and it was during the middle of the day in the week."

"Honestly they were great. I went the Sat after Thanksgiving so it was definitely packed. That being said, they kept all the lines moving and were very pleasant. I also bought my plate sticker from the building. The building was packed as well, but they did a great job of keeping the like moving. I was only in there about 5 min tops. I would highly recommend them!"

"This has been my go-to emissions testing and license plate sticker location for years. The lines often look long, but they always move people through quickly, and the employees are efficient and courteous. There are actually two desks for issuing people stickers when their vehicles pass the test. One is through the door on the adjacent building, and the other is through the plastic car wash flaps in the garage area next to that. As a result, you will be helped and on your way quickly. I appreciate the consistent excellence of this facility, so big thanks to everyone who works there!"

"This is the best location. They are fast, always friendly, and informative. Now I have had to wait in line, once or twice, over the years, but nothing crazy. Usually I'm in and out right away. I've had a car fail a test here before because wires were hanging out, the gentleman explained the situation to me, gave me a form, and provided instructions on next steps. I had it remedied at a nearby mechanic & was back with a passed test, not even 30 min later. Really just a great experience."
