"I've been in auto industry for a long time. Deal with many parts stores and manufacturers. I've ordered parts online and wanna pick up at this place. The online shown they had them in stock but when I was ready to pick up, they told me they didn't have them and gave me attitude about I have to go back. I asked, why didn't you call me and let me know and they just stared at me. Then they told me the payment didn't go through and I showed them my credit card was processed and the receipt from their transaction but the manager didn't care and told me to go back tomorrow. The fact is that they didn't call and notify me about what's going while I've waited whole day for the parts and have an attitude forward their customer. This may be my last time doing business with them. There are plenty of other places if they don't want my business."
