"I have never had a good experience at West Houston Archery. They’re one of the most beginner hostile archery stores I’ve ever encountered. Have a question about a product? Well their salesmen will get irritated that they have to answer a question. Good luck getting any help if you don’t have every answer already. Not sure why a business makes it so difficult for new customers to spend money with them, seems like a money losing approach to running a business"

"My experience with them is very limited, probably only 5 visits in 10 years. I can say though, every time I left satisfied with their work. I don't remember the owner's name, but he has been the one who helped me all but once. He knows what he's doing and he gets it done quick. Not a knock against anyone else, just happened to be him those times. For what it's worth, I recommend this shop."

"What a great place full of professionals that really know their business but don’t try to Upsell you. I took one of Our family bows in to get restrung, and it turned out. It just needed a good Tuneup. They easily could have sold me a new bow and I wouldn’t have known a difference. It was super busy when I went in but every single one of them was professional and patient With all the customers in and out keep up the great work The Roos family really appreciates it."

"It's very fun especially for a second date. I like it more than the gun range because of the cost savings yet it still requires skills that you can use to survive and protect yourself. You get the arrows and reuse them (huge money saver compared to ammunition which is use once then done!!) plus they can provide the equipment as well for $20/pph (person per hour) with basic intro instructions, rules, and guidance. My future husband and I had a great time and it wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be, or else, I personally would've left. Lol I know sad but true lol."
