"Every employee we've met at Leslie's was very personable and friendly as well as very knowledgeable concerning taking care or our pool. They obviously did not seem interested in simply selling you their products; on the contrary, they provide a free service of testing your pool water and offer a free consultation on what needs to be done to keep your pool water at excellent levels for safe swimming and crystal clear water."
"New in town and went over to Leslies. Taryn the rep there was awesome. Showed me exactly what I needed to know about my water and she was great conversation. Great customer service!"
"My Polaris threw a wheel and I needed a new screw so I tool it to Leslie's. That afternoon the individual who took it in called and said that the metal connector that held the screw and was molded into the body of the Polaris could not be replaced and I was in the middle of repair ($300) or a New Polaris ($599). He was very condescending. I told him I'd check around and get back with him. I found the same Polaris on Amazon for $75 less and ordered it. I called back and told him I'd pick up my Polaris the next day and he said he'd reassemble it. I went in the next day and a different employee {Cody} was there and he could not have been more helpful. The Polaris had not been reassembled but Cody put it back together and offered to take it to my car (I refused). The following day I checked the Polaris and it seemed fine so I put it in the pool and it works fine. I don't know if it's store policy to make up unneeded repairs or if the employee's initiative but I feel they tried to gouge m $300 to $600. For all I know it's still missing a screw but they should have been up front. Cody was above reproach but I now have a $525 Polaris en route to me that I don't need - at least right now."
"A+! I always receive excellent service at this location. My pool has broken down several times over the past few years (pump, filter, and more), and this location always has someone experienced on staff that not only helps me identify the correct parts, but also provides advice on how to complete the installation correctly myself (this has saved me tons of money over the years). Most recently, Richard helped me fix a leaky pump shaft seal. I called at closing time, and he took the time to talk to me about what needed to be done. The next day, he helped me complete the repair in-store literally within minutes, all for an excellent price. The pump was fixes within 12 hours of when it broke; just amazing."
"We came to Leslie's looking to replace a basketball goal for our pool that had finally seen it's last bucket. We were quoted a price of $150 but when we got to the store the product had been mislabeled and were surprised with a price of $269 dollars. The store would not honor the price we were told and we left unable to enjoy our weekend. This was a big let down from a store that had been good to our family for over 15 years."
