"Subject: Extremely Disappointing Experience with SMP Apparel Dear SMP Apparel Team I hope this review finds you better than your lack of attempts to fill my order , though I must express my deep disappointment with the service I've received from your store over the past few months. I recently ordered four items from your store, and I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the entire process. First and foremost, the inordinate delay in making and shipping these items is simply unacceptable. I placed my order three months ago, and to date, I have not received a single item from my purchase. This has caused a great deal of inconvenience and frustration. Furthermore, the lack of transparency regarding the completion date has been extremely disheartening. I was promised a specific timeline, which your team and even the owner failed to uphold. It's disappointing to see a business that lacks integrity in its commitments. The most disappointing aspect of this entire experience, however, has been the abysmal customer service. I've reached out to your team on numerous occasions seeking information about my order, and the responses have been unhelpful and often dismissive. This level of customer service is unacceptable and has left a lasting negative impression. In light of the aforementioned issues, I feel compelled to leave a zero-star review for SMP Apparel. This experience has been nothing short of a complete letdown. I believe it's essential for others to be aware of the subpar service and reliability they can expect from your store. I sincerely hope that you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your operations and customer service. "I would not recommend doing business with this company. Horrible communication and lack of professionalism."
"I would not recommend this company to anyone! I went to the office listed and it was just an executive suite place and they were not there. I left my example of what I wanted. I received an email from TJ, who sent me some pictures of product, but then never anything else. After several calls, Kimberly answered and promised product in 3 days. I paid the invoice of over $200 and have not heard a word since. I have left numerous phone messages and no return calls of email. This place is a total SCAM. They do not even rate one star."
"TJ was very helpful and always gave me a quick response. It took a total of about 2.5 weeks from mock up to me having our team jerseys and hats in my possession. Quality of the jerseys and hats are great also. We will be using smp again in the future!!"
"As a small business owner, I am careful about giving a business a negative rating, but this one must happen. I found the business online as I was trying to have some embroidery done on a bathrobe. Someone answered and gave me an estimate and instructions on how and where to drop the garment. I went there and found that they didn't have an actual "place of business", but rather some sort of shared address/suite with multiple businesses. I was directed to a "secretary/desk person", who accepted my garment. I was confused, as she gave me no receipt, but I said, whatever, let me give them a chance. It was on a Thursday. I called the business line and the "representative" told me he'd pick up the bathrobe later that day and provide me an estimate. I did not hear from him on Thursday. So, I called again on Friday, and he told me he was working on it. On Saturday, I called again, no answer. Long story short, I picked my garment/bathrobe the following Thursday from the same person I handed it over. No work was ever done, And I am not sure if it was ever picked up by the business staff. Thank God, I paid nothing, and it just cost me gas and time to go there twice. Never received a call from the business as of what happened either."
