"I’m giving them zero stars. Both times I was in the store the staff acted like I (the customer) was interrupting them and acted like I was a bother when I asked for help. If I could find the shoe I was looking for by myself I would have. The staff needs classes in customer service. The shoe selection is very limited and they didn’t have some of the shoes I was looking for. The store does not honor the price tags on the shoes even when the price is clearly attached to the shoe. This is called false advertisement. I will not go back to the store."

"This outlet is clean and well organized. Wide range of sportswear. Staffs are cooperative and help you promptly. Good for quick browsing or extensive shopping for you and your family. Street parking may not be always available so it’s better park in the garage."

"I went to this location last night looking for a specific shoe. I looked myself first, but then I got an employee’s attention, showed her a pic, & asked if she had them. She did not bother to look. All she said was “If you don’t see them on display, I don’t have them.” I thought that was very rude! I had a sister work at Champs and asked her if that’s what she would tell a customer. Nope. She would have went to go check the displays, go to the backroom to check, try to sell me another shoe, or help order them online. It really rubbed me the wrong way that she DIDN’T even help look. Maybe a second set of eyes would have been the solution. Oh well. On to the next shoe store!"

"Clean place, very friendly staff, one of the ladies helped me & my daughter find her the shoes she’d like. No complaints here. My daughter was happy so I’m happy."
