"Fast, helpful and friendly"
"They are using an automated dialer for unethical outreach. I received many calls from this unknown number and when I answered I could hear an office in the background but they would hang up. Eventually I called back and they said they wanted to know if I needed home insurance. When I asked why I had received several calls where nobody answered they just said "I'm sorry, we just wanted to know if you needed home insurance." I asked again and repeated it. I asked why it happened multiple times and they were silent. I asked if it was an automated dialer and they said yes, apologized, and said have a good day. Not only are they using an automated dialer - but they are doing the worst version of an automated dialer where they don't even answer the phone and instead wait for you to call back because then they spend less time on it. My time does not belong to you, is not less valuable than yours, and you do not have the right to do that. I didn't even express interest in their company, nor do I live in their area. This is just dialing random numbers. This is unethical, illegal, (Because I am on do not call lists) and no person that utilizes these business practices should be allowed to be in business. If you hire them you are promoting everyone that spams your phone with junk calls."
""Best insurance company" "rates are always low" "never any hassles" I think all the 5 star's are from coworkers and family. Well I just got another bill for $122.00. it's cuz I couldn't sign there stupid email saying I didn't want some other additional insurance I didn't ask for. I called Veronica, made an agreement,paid right then for insurance on the spot in total...but they still want more money. The scam is the Internet and farmers is a rip off. Elpaso must be a bad place."
"Best insurance company ever, have always taken great care of me, rates are always low, never any hassles with claims, great coverage for the policy on the house, cars and RV. Can't go wrong with Farmers, been with them for 7 years! The ladies there are awesome I feel very welcomed everytime I walk out they make sure I leave with a smile!"
