"We attended the New Year's Party at Lumbre, a ticketed event. Upon entering, we quickly learned this event was not for us and left. I contacted the owner requesting a refund, and he said he would graciously send the refund. The owner gave this assurance eight weeks ago. After numerous emails, texts, and calls requesting this refund, the owner finally said that he would send the refund two weeks ago. The refund has yet to come in, and I cannot reach him via calls, emails, and texts now. It looks like he has blocked my calls, texts, and emails even though I was being extremely nice with my requests. This 1-star review is not because I still need to receive the refund. He can keep the refund amount! I am disappointed with how a customer was treated in this transaction that lasted two months with no resolve, lack of proficiency, and respect for one's time. This is not an ethical behavior I'd expect from an owner representing a service venture. We will not be using or recommending this service anymore."

"Expensive cover and small crowd. The bar did not serve wine which was very disappointing being my favorite drink. Strobe lights were nice but blinding in eyes making it hard to see. I saw a server only once at the table. Otherwise had to go to bar. Expensive drinks."
