"I'd like to wholeheartedly recommend Brianda and the rest of the team at the Copeland Group. I came to Brianda at the beginning of a Friday, needing to get insurance coverage to start the following day. She was able to support throughout the day, quickly and clearly answering questions and moving the process along, even making sure that the final approval on her side was complete in time -- even after 5pm on a Friday evening. I also need to mention that the insurance policy provided better coverage at a lower rate than the previous. Thanks for going the extra mile, making sure that my property had coverage."
"Brianda was unhelpful and extremely rude on the phone when I called to clarify what she meant by her industry specific terminology in her email. Also correcting me on the most insignificant details is frustrating to say the least. We do a lot of business with this agency, but the customer service aspect is severely going downhill. I don’t appreciate being spoken to in a condescending tone or being told I can’t help you instead of asking some questions to be able to then help me. It appears that they could care less about our business. If I could give zero stars I would."
"The representative Brianna was very rude and condescending towards me at one point in our conversation I had to inform her of how she was acting and asked if she was having a bad day. Additionally she was asking me for personal information that didn’t apply to home and auto insurance. Like our employment status and who we were employed by!"
