"I can't recommend this business high enough, I'd give them 6 stars if I could. I had a situation where I was desperate to get a tire put on that I had purchased through our car dealership, but the in-house service department couldn't squeeze me in for days to put on. Was told at another local chain that they (and none of their competitors) would put on a tire that wasn't bought through them. I took a chance randomly on Car-X, and they put it on for me with no issues, just went out of their way to provide amazing service to a random guy who wasn't a known customer. Well, I'll be a regular customer now. This location is halfway across the metro from where I live, and I plan to have them do all the work on our cars I can from now on. Awesome customer service, and I'm so grateful for their help when I was in a stressful situation. Highly, highly recommended!"

"Best. Customer. Service. So I did a walk-in. Needed a tire rotation and alignment. The store manager, Dustin, handled everything smoothly and professionally. I told him I wasn’t sure if I needed new tires. He told me he’d look, but if I didn’t need them he wouldn’t sell them to me. He also was adamant that he doesn’t oversell to customers, and makes sure that his employees don’t do that also. As someone who has been scammed by other auto-body shops, I really appreciated him saying that. I also had a coupon and they honored it, and gave me another one should I come back for future services."
