Facility is under new ownership/management and although the embroidery was up to par, the service I request was done incorrectly. When I spoke to the owner and was told, “he would make the matter right” by replacing the item, he only provided the material, leaving me to redo all the work and inconvenience of having to drive back and forth to the establishment. Lesson learned, I will not be returning for further services."
