"Big Con: The basic operation of a hookah lounge wants servers to replace charcoals regularly while checking that customers do not miss anything; surprisingly, here, charcoals will fully turn into ashes on the hookah boal &, yet, they will not even know unless you step up to them to ask someone to replace them. 18% automatic gratuity added to the bill is no problem but when the customer service does not pair with it, it feels like money matters more than customers themselves. Pro: The restrooms are clean."

"I had a great time. Enjoyed the DJ. Was able to get great seats and relax. The drinks were really nice these days. When you go out somewhere you get more juice than liquor. Their drinks was an even mix. It didn't go overboard with either or inside when you have to pregame before you go out. Thank God I didn't pre-game that night in the drinks. Had me feeling just right. Clean and spacious when you in the mood to hang out but not want to go to the club but want a club atmosphere. This is the place"

"If you don’t see people up and dancing that means what you’re putting down isn’t working. I came here twice before and I loved the music and vibe. So I decided to come back the third for my birthday an it was terrible! I even got up to request a song… I waited two hours and nothing."

"I’ve come here a couple of times, the last a couple of weeks ago with some friends. I love the decor, drinks and flavors offered for hookah. My first time coming, the young lady was so helpful, personable, attentive & great with recommendations. She had dark hair and I think a facial piercing. My second time coming, I came with a group because I recommended Pyramids to them. It was okay. The guy was also good with recommendations but it seemed like a long time before we got our orders and the time in between us each getting our individual hookahs seemed pretty long as well."

"We've come here a few times between 3-7pm. Love the decor and the clean and comfy seating. Staff is chill and they keep music videos playing from YouTube and have a few tvs around the space. Comparable prices to similar spots."
