"Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the entire experience. We were told daughters teeth were not that bad and that she wouldn’t need braces for too long. She ended up having them for over two years, which I understand is not that doctors fault and I do not hold that against her. What I’m frustrated about is she had them for that long and they do not look good! They’re still not straight and now her teeth flare out! When the months kept dragging on all the doctor would tell us is she has “soft gums”. Ok, but what was the solution for this problem? I wish the doctor would have been more transparent along the way and let us know what was going on instead of us getting frustrated and having to ask. Maybe the doctor could have offered up some other solutions when she noticed these issues. We never missed appointment and she only broke one bracket the entire time. When our daughter is older she will just have to get them taken care of again!"
