"The office was fantastic when Dr. Tharp was here, now it had down spiraled. Some of my dental records weren't even on file after we found out Dr. Tharp left so we had to explain my condition to the doctors several times, especially with each different visit. I don't mean to sound rude but I'm starting to wonder if the doctors and nurses know how to fill cavities, I had a filling back in October and the sensitivity is so bad now that I can hardly chew on my left side of my mouth, I can understand one mishap but my mom is experiencing the same thing as of recent, she had gotten it back in January. And the scheduling is such a pain as well with reschedules and not guaranteeing if the doctor would be there that day."
