Domino's Pizza

"I ordered cinnamon bread twists but was given BBQ chicken wings with the icing meant for the bread twists instead. I called the restaurant and they offered to refund me, but I never got my refund."

"I only ever see one guy working here and he's doing the most. The food is always on time and on point. Always exactly what we ordered. Very yummy and fast."

"Manager Alexis MC and Owner whose name was refused to be provided would not file a fraud report when it was brought to their attention. Feels like they were in on it. They refuse to file a police report."

"Never ordering from here again. The Manager ,Angel, is incredibly rude ,whether taking complaints or delivering food. They mess our order every time and give you attitude for pointing it out. Constantly forgetting part of our order. I called a few weeks ago ,the guy answering agreed to replace the food they forgot ,but it would be about 30 minutes to make and deliver. 5 minutes later the "manager" called and yells at me that we didn't order what they forgot and started screaming at me over the phone. I told him that the person taking our order is the one who screwed up and that they should correct it. He then hung up on me. I called several times to speak to him and he wasn't there. If you want Domino's go to the location on Kedzie @Foster. 100% better in every way. I don't know how they handle mistakes because so far (about 20 times,my kids love Domino's) they haven't made any ,and are always friendly, they will even help carry your food out. This location could afford to learn some lessons from them. But I'll never order from here again."

"Ordered a large two topping pizza last night around 7:15 PM, there was a piece of inedible fibrous material embedded in a slice of pizza. I refused to eat the rest of the order. Besides that, the pizza was still very underwhelming and bland. Never gonna order from Domino's ever again, even the worst frozen pizza from the corner store two spaces down is better than this. Update: Feb. 5, 3:30 PM Tried to file a complaint through their provided Consumer Affairs link, and it won't even submit the information I put into the report. The website also looked like it wasn't updated in years and buggy to operate."
