"absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received those two ladies that work in there. They are rude and they don’t know how to deal with customers. We walked in 30 minutes before the closing time. Every time my wife or my kids, touch something they come and put it back it took me only five minutes to choose what I need it then when I was trying to use the fitting room 25 minutes before closing time one rude and Disrespectful lady, start yelling at me telling me that they about to close and fitting room is closed already They need to find some people with good customer service if not they’re gonna lose a lot of business."

"Puma used to be good quality shoes. Now they are falling apart before you even wear them. You can see the glue seeping out of the seams. I was going to wait to leave a review and give them a chance to make it right. But I just got off the phone with Leslie from customer service which increased my agitation. She didn't listen to what I had to say. Kept interrupting me. Then she started asking me for reference #s I don't have because she heard what's going on wrong. She said "I'm so sorry, you said you have already started a return so I've got the wrong info." No I did not say that. She heard what she wanted because she didn't listen. She also said that they have no warranty on their shoes but stand by their quality. I said if you stand by the quality wearing the shoes I bought, your shoes are probably falling apart on your feet. Total nightmare. I'm going to post pics of what these shoes are doing and my fiance only wears them to work where he does sales. 100% do not recommend this brand anymore. The quality is shameful. Will update this review later after a response from the warranty department."

"Very cool store. I love the atmosphere of the place. The employees are always friendly without being pushy and were helpful in recommending products and finding the right shoe size. The prices are considerably cheaper than online but because of the physical size of the store, the variety isn't as wide as what they have online. Still a great place to shop."

"I don't normally expect much customer service from outlet mall stores, but in this instance I had a very pleasant one. Not only did an associate approach me to check-in and let me know about the sales, after I asked when their next truck date would be they gave me even more personal service. They asked what I was looking for and what kind of work I did. I was looking for new shoes for work, but I also walk a lot. The associate took me around to what they think I may like and then when I expressed interest in a particular pair they went in the back to search for my size because they didn't have that size up front. Unfortunately, they didn't have my size, but I greatly appreciated the effort. I know this all sounds like customer service 101, however, you seem to rarely get this kind of service anymore. A lifetime Adidas guy may now be a Puma guy."
