"Unimpressed. We had never gone fishing on the big water. I guess we were expecting some sort of instruction. They didn’t say a word to us. Just drop your lines. There were locals on the back of the boat. I assumed they worked for the company because they assisted when we shoved off. They were the only people catching fish. Every else was crammed together almost shoulder to shoulder on the sides of the boat. We didn’t know what to do. You can’t cast out so we just dropped our lines straight down and waited. Nobody on the sides of the boat even got a bite. The only highlight for my kids was when we’d throw the bait in the air and feed the birds. There was 3 hours we will never get back. We won’t be doing this again. At least not with this company. Even the few fish that were caught were very small. Maybe it was just not a good day to fish but some interaction with the crew would have been nice."

"You won't regret going to the best boat and having a wonderful fishing experience with your family. Captain and crew are very kind and knowledgeable with all the different species in the bay. Don't take my word for it . Give them a call and book them for your fishing experience."

"It’s always a great time on the Danny B. Family friendly environment, my kids are always entertained when we go fishing on the boat. The captain & deckhands are friendly and helpful. You get your money’s worth by seeing dolphins, verity of native fish, just a great experience all around. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed."

"It was a decent bay fishing experience. We didn't have the great deck hands others had. We encountered the grouchy mean old man(some have talked about in other reviews) on board and he was not a hand but a local who fishes every other day with them. He was also very rude and said rude comments to us. Just keep your distance. The other gentleman which I couldn't tell was a deck hand or a local, was helping some but not always, wasn't very nice either. Kirsten, the daughter of the owners was super personable, nice and impressive. Just beware of the locals. We were a large group of 12 and each of us caught 1 to 2 whiting fish. The locals caught sea ray, puffer, and eels but had to throw them back. When we were returning to the dock we could hold up the left over shrimp and the gulls would take them from your hands. A fun experience."

"This was such a great experience! first we were able to see dolphins swimming along with the boat, which was so much fun! (we had cancelled a dolphin watching trip to go deep sea fishing) Our party of 6 (5 people fishing) caught a bunch of white fish, and even a red drum fish. We got to sit and chat with some really awesome regulars who go fishing often, and we even saw someone catch (and release) a stingray. Both our Captain (Daryll) and the deck hand (Thomas) were great guys. They were knowledgable, and very friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Danny B for your deep sea fishing adventure. Our group went on the "sunset" trip, but from the sound of it, the other trips out with Danny B that day were amazing too."
