"We have been going to this Chilis since it has opened and have seen many changes. We went often because we enjoyed the bartenders and stopped going for a while when service and management was bad. About six months ago we gave them another try and have been going back often. Their day time female bartender and evening make bartender are awesome! We enjoy our visits and love the service once again. Thank you Chili’s for the change. It is very noticeable and we once again enjoy being regular weekly customers."

"I’ve eaten at Chili’s many times throughout the years, but my latest visits have been quite disappointing. Their prices are pretty high and the quality is mediocre. On my last visit, they messed up our receipts and we ended up getting double charged. They said we’d be refunded (it was $60) and we gave them almost two weeks. We decided to call after 10 days and they said they’d process a refund (I don’t know why it wasn’t already processed, considering they messed up). Another week later we called again and apparently the refund wasn’t processed :/. The manager on the phone said he’d process and it should refund in the next three days. Three days pass, and guess what? No refund. We are still in the process of figuring it out, but we might just have to contact our bank to report it as fraud. The only good thing from that visit was the dessert."

"To whom it make concern my name is Lisa Jackson and i am from Chicago and i visited this Chili's Grill & Bar on 2-3-23 with my Family . I was Greeted with the smile from the young lady at the front desk she make sure we chose the table that was comfortable for us to be seated in . We was Greeted by a Wonderful young lady name Kyenstein who was patient and gave us more than enough time to choose what we wanted to eat Because their where 5 of us. She may suggestors she asked questions and she did not rush us for the order. The food came at the table Hot and had a reasonable time and because there was so many plates what caught my eye she came to the table with 2 more of her colleagues to help her bring out the dishes that we have requested. That is what I call teamwork and all on one Accord Helping one Another. To the wonderful manager that was on duty he always came to the table and asked was everything OK . I like how you run your shift........"
