"Since Circle K bought this place, they don't have the good deal of buy 1 get 1 within 5 days with your receipt anymore. But, they do a great job with a quick wash!"
"They let people enter the car wash way too early. I’m done going here. Every time I go they are waiving people to move forward way too prematurely. 3 times in a row now they had the car behind me 1 foot away from my bumper and I watched as they kept waiving them to move forward towards my car. They’re asking for an accident. They need to stop cars and wait until they can enter without being close to the person in front of them. They don’t know what they’re doing, or don’t care."
"I was at the Creve Coeur location the other day, and while I was out scrubbing the bugs off my car at the bug prep station (which I really like by the way) the manager came up and introduced himself and offered me the 9.99 membership deal that is going on. He had explained everything very well and in detail, and I said you know what I’m going to give it a try! Upon exiting the wash and vacuuming, he had even came up to me to see if I had gotten a good wash. Very professional and excellent customer service from that gentleman!!! Great wash, vacuums had good suction. I will be telling my friends and family about my experience."
"2 stars for a good deal of buy 2 get 2 free. I’m not sure what has happened but this car wash is not as good as it used to be. There was no prewash station available before going into the wash. The staff also used to pre-spray and pre-wash the front of the vehicle and windshield. They have not done this the last 2 visits. They had plenty of staff as there were 3 employees at the pay station but only 1 at the start of the wash tunnel. The wash didn’t clean the bugs off the front of the vehicle. See photos below. Pretty disappointed overall and probably won’t return once I use my remaining washes."
"This is by FAR the best automatic car wash around!! Our black fusion was needing a bath took it thru the auto car wash, and WOW! I used to own a detail shop and im blown away how clean and polished it came out for a $10 car wash! VERY VERY IMPRESSED! PS Free vacuums!"
