"If I could give you zero, I would, we have required their services for 8 years now, and since they stopped being Tonis Insurance, this became a disaster, a group of inefficient, lazy people. I got tired of dealing with them because every time I went they said we're going to call you and they never called me, I went again and they never resolved anything for me, we had personal and commercial insurances with them. The only commercial agent they have in this office, named Gio, is an inefficient person, he couldn't even get us the new quotes, he always said I'll call you when I have them ready and he never called us even though we went several times to talk to him. In the end we decided to change to another insurance agency."

"Worst experience ever. If I could give 0 starts I would. I would not recommend anyone here. I've had this insurance for over a Yr now and my payments have been in Auto pay . And in November for some reason my payment was not collected I called to see what happened . The lady named Carla stated my policy had expired i proceeded to ask if that meant I had been running with no insurance and she stated thats correct. That was November 4th . No from Nov 1 - Nov 4th . I had been running my cars with no ins. I then asked her why was that if my payments are auto drafted from my account every 1st of the month . She could not give me an ans but state that no pymt was rcvd and that the policy had expired. Then she mentioned that in December I was going to be charged almost $900. For both November and December. When I asked her why she again could not give me an answer. She had just told me my policy was expired so why will I continue to get billed for something expired ? Please make it make sense ? So I told her to cancel it writing so I can have proof. So she didn't sent me documents. On Nov 27 I called to conf everything had been processed correctly and had been cancelled. I spoke with Nayeli at that time who confirmed yes everything was canceled and nothing should be charged . On December 1 , they processed pymt for almost $900 . When I called to ask for refund because again policy was already cxl and and no services are rendered every person i spoke to : Maria , Nayeli, Jessica , and other resps who i can't even remember their names and fail to write their names no one could help me nor give me an answer. I also called corporate and they disconnected my call twice. I had to dispute the transaction through my bank for them to finally start processing and even though they are only paying back an amount and not the full amount. Such a scam. I spoke with sussy who is a supervisor in corporate who stated she was going to help me out by looking at what was charged and stated they over charged $30 and that will also be going back within 7 buisness days . So have I not complained about it they would of still have cheated me out $30 . Thats soo wrong . I wouldn't trust this company . Poor service."
